We collect and process your personal data under the lawful bases of: (a) Explicit Consent, which you can manage or withdraw at any time; and (b) Performance of Contract, to establish and maintain your client dashboard portal.

2. Information We Collect

We collect and process the following categories of data:

  • Contact Information: Your name, phone number, email address, and username.

3. Child Safety & Age-Appropriate Processing

In accordance with Section 9 of the DPDP Act 2023, a minor is defined as any individual under 18 years of age. Minor registrations require verifiable parental or lawful guardian consent. We enforce storage minimization and retention constraints. Live chat logs and file attachments are purged automatically after 30 days of inactivity. Client profile logs and financial transactions are maintained for 7 years as required for tax compliance under Indian fiscal statutes, after which they are permanently deleted or anonymized.
