Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your website template subscription or maintenance contract at any time. To request a cancellation, you can contact our helpdesk directly via the Sales Chat Widget or submit a support ticket in your Client Portal Dashboard. Upon cancellation, your site hosting tunnel will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period and will not auto-renew.

2. Refund Terms

We build, host, and verify custom templates tailored to your requirement specification. As we incur infrastructure costs immediately upon project setup:

• Monthly Plans: Subscription payments are non-refundable. If you cancel your monthly ₹1999 plan, you will not receive a refund for the remaining days of the current month.
• Custom Projects: Project advance fees or custom setup deposits are non-refundable once site engineering or source-code deployment has commenced.

3. Exceptions

Refund requests are only evaluated on a case-by-case basis under special scenarios, such as accidental double billing transactions. If a transaction error occurs, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with the payment reference ID screenshot.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed to the client's original UPI/bank source address within 5 to 7 business days from the confirmation date.
