1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or utilizing our website collection and customer portal at DemoDekho.in, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this platform.

2. Service Description and Subscriptions

DemoDekho.in provides premium, pre-built website templates and digital portal hosting. Services are billed on a subscription basis starting at ₹1999/month (or custom project contracts). Subscriptions include pre-configured server deployment, basic maintenance updates, and client portal dashboard tools.

3. User Registration and Account Security

To acquire or test a website, you may register a client account. You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and setting a secure personal password upon verification check. Any unauthorized activity under your portal profile should be immediately reported to [email protected].

4. Payment Terms & Reference Submission

Subscription fees or setup charges must be paid through approved payment routes. When executing a manual payment, clients are required to submit the valid UPI Transaction Ref ID via the dashboard. Any submission of false or reused payment reference IDs will result in immediate suspension of active templates and portals.

5. Intellectual Property

All source code, layouts, and components displayed inside the showcase are the intellectual properties of DemoDekho.in. Users are granted a non-exclusive license to use the templates on active hosting tunnels configured by our team. Standard files or source layouts cannot be redistributed or resold to external entities without explicit license keys.

6. Limitation of Liability

DemoDekho.in and its developers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from template downtime, hosting errors, database sync lag, or loss of client transaction information.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state/federal courts for the resolution of any disputes.
